Converting NetCDF to geoTiff creates results with no data

I am trying to convert the ESA Climate Change Initiative maps for 2016-2019 from NetCDFs to geoTiffs. The website for downloading the data says that this is possible.

I used Make NetCDF Raster Layer (Multidimension Tools), which ran without error. However, the data does not draw and everywhere I click on the map the pop-up says no data. There is an attribute table with a count of every different value. I'm overall just confused. Attached is a screenshot of what I see.

Is there a different way I should have done this conversion? Is there somewhere this data already exists in raster form?

try right-clicking on the layer and select Zoom to Layer.

I suspect that its spatial reference hasn't been defined and doesn't match your map

I tried that and it didn't really change anything. The properties say that
the spatial reference is WGS.

Do you mean zoom to layer didn't work?

Did you try adding that layer, and only that layer, to an empty map?

Zoom to layer worked in that it zoomed out to the extent I was expecting to
to cover (global) but still did not draw.
I am running into a new problem in that the raster layer did not seem to
save somewhere I can access it.

I guess you will have to start again.  I would check the originating site to see if they have more information on the inputs.
