Can you run ArcPro with apples new M1 processor through parallels?

Hello, 

Can ArcPro run on a M1 processor instead of intel processor? is there anyway to run ArcPro on the new 2021 MacPro?

Current state is yes with caveat that there is no legal license/RTU for the Windows 64-bit ARM build on Apple Silicon chipsets like the ARM M1, M1 Pro or M1 Max.  See the related thread for more discussion of results with Parallels and situation with VMWare's Fusion:
