Can you convert SPLK files back to LAS?

I am trying to convert splk data back to las or xyz point data to recover the attributes within the splk file.  Is there a basic geoprocessing tool that can do this?  All the tools I can find related to this in the ArcGIS Pro toolbox are for moving from one data type to splk, not the other way around.

Hello Jonathan, you can use the "Extract LAS" tool to create LAS files form an SLPK point cloud.
