ArcPro Graphic Glitch

I've been having issues with ArcPro giving me the graphic glitch in the attachment. It will eventually encompass the whole program. 

The buttons are there, and everything works, but things keep disappearing on me. 

I've uninstall and reinstalled Pro and my graphic drivers. 

Any suggestions?
