Add back into ArcGIS Pro the ability to have nested display of graduated symbols in the legend

In ArcMap we could easily choose a nested display of graduated symbols for our legends.

Like this:

A post on the topic has no solution for over 4 years so I am assuming we are left with display that look like this:

Which is not acceptable as it takes of too much space.

Esri please return this layout function.
