Schedule Python Notebook task to run at a specific time on a date - not working

I have a case open with tech support for this, but it seems that the task scheduler in AGOL Notebooks is not reliable. Is anyone else having this issue? I can get it to run immediately bit not at a later time.

I cannot get a notebook to run on a certain day at a certain time.

I set it up for the next day at 00:15am and run for a count of 1 time

It stays active and never runs.
