Pop-ups not working in Map Viewer after November 2024 update

I am having trouble getting the pop-ups to work in web maps, not just my web maps but any. This issue started after the November 2024 update. The pop-ups appear when I use incognito mode or Map Viewer Classic. However, in Map Viewer, none of my layer pop-ups appear. My team members are not experiencing this issue. I have already cleared my cache and restarted my device with little success.

Is this a bug? Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

Does this behavior seem specific to one browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox)? Do you have any browser extensions which may be influencing behavior?

This happens in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Only works in incognito for both. 

I have few extensions and my newest is Grammarly from a few months back.

Hi @CarlGreen34, it does sound like an extension could be the culprit as extensions are disabled in incognito mode. It looks like Grammarly was updated today. Did the pop-up behavior you're observing start today or earlier in the week?

I first started experiencing the error on Nov 13th. I think it is a bug related to the update because of the date the issue started. To be sure, I removed Grammarly and restarted my browser and it didn't work.

Is this issue still occurring for you? If so, I would suggest getting in touch with your local Esri Distributor so that they can investigate
