Pop-ups not working in Map Viewer after November 2024 update

Question

I am having trouble getting the pop-ups to work in web maps, not just my web maps but any. This issue started after the November 2024 update. The pop-ups appear when I use incognito mode or Map Viewer Classic. However, in Map Viewer, none of my layer pop-ups appear. My team members are not experiencing this issue. I have already cleared my cache and restarted my device with little success.

Is this a bug? Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

Is this issue still occurring for you? If so, I would suggest getting in touch with your local Esri Distributor so that they can investigate

I first started experiencing the error on Nov 13th. I think it is a bug related to the update because of the date the issue started. To be sure, I removed Grammarly and restarted my browser and it didn't work.

Hi @gcarl34, it does sound like an extension could be the culprit as extensions are disabled in incognito mode. It looks like Grammarly was updated today. Did the pop-up behavior you're observing start today or earlier in the week?
