Issues publishing a scene from large LAS file

I have published a scene layer from an LAS file that contains approx 100 million points. I have previously done this with smaller datasets but with this one I am having some major rendering issues of the points. Parts of the scene render correctly and never have an issue, other areas are bad 100% of the time, and some areas are just completely random. I have tried multiple settings with the display limits and density and seem to have the same result. I have no issues viewing the LAS in ArcGIS Pro. Any advice would be appreciated. I have attached some images showing the issues.

Thanks,

Can you share the layer and I can take a look?

Thanks!

Russell Roberts‌ - I'm trying to find you on AGOL and it doesn't seem to. Any suggestions on just adding you to a group so you can see it? I don't have the option to just make it public.

You can invite russell_jsapi into a group.

Also what version of Pro did you use to create this SLPK?

Thanks!

If possible can you share the las file used to create this dataset to the group as a zipped file?

Thanks!

Not yet, looking into the LAS data and the SLPK cooker right now if there is an issue there.

Thanks!
