Issue with publishing a Feature Service

Hi all,

I have been trying to publish a hosted Feature Service based on a local data frame using ArcMap 10.1's "Share As/Service" feature (following the tutorial at http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgisonline/index.html#//010q00000087000000 ). Though, the service appears in "My Contents" (as a Service Definition, is that correct?) it is not published or accesible in any way (I have been trying to access it from GeoEvent Processor Beta). When I try to publish it manually (through the Item view's "Publish" button), I get an error message "Invalid tenant Id Invalid tenant login".

Publishing the same local data frame to my own ArcGIS Server 10.1 instance works. The TileService for the same data frame works as well. I am currently using the 30-day trial subscription, could this be an issue?

Hi Mike,
I created my trial account yesterday and still now I can't publish the feature service.

This is an isolated problem with some organization accounts. Please call tech support and give them your subscription ID and we will fix the problem. Or alternatively, post your subscription ID here.

Thanks Mike! Now we can upload feature services in the organization.

I need one more thing. We are Esri Silver Partner and we administrate this

510 users organization.

The want to use the corporative login but it doesn´t work with Salesforce

SAML login (identity provider) that is approved by ArcGIS Online.

When we use the metada generated in ArcGISOnline in Salesforce (URL ACS -

Acertion Customer Service), that produce an error when we want to login in

ArcGIsOnline:

Invalid_SAMLResponse error_description=Unable to login using Idp Unable to

validate SAML response

We are not sure if the configuration is correct or not, you have

configuration details for Active Directory and OpenAM but what about others?

Our project is in danger for this security issue.

Hi Guillermo,

The data you have posted is the metadata information for Salesforce. If you are still unable to use Salesforce, please attempt to sign in when Salesforce has been configured as the identity provider. During the log in attempt, please capture and send me the decoded SAML response. You can get the SAML response in Firefox by using the SAML tracer add on.
