Clip of pdf legend without color boxes.
this has been reported recently as well, all with arcgis online and all with pdf format. I will troll for the threads, but I am surprised this hasn't been reported

Missing Legend info on exported maps.
What print service are you using? What application are you printing from? Does it work if you export to a different format, like jpeg?
