change record limit for Add Data widget?

We use the Add Data widget in a Web App Builder - based web app (hosted on a local server using the Developer Edition).

It appears there is a 1000 record limit on the layers the user can add in runtime. Is there any way to change this? I don't see anything in the widget settings.  Most of the layers we use have at least 1000 features.

@JasonFitzsimmons , This is currently a limitation of the Add Data Widget and is an Enhancement. Below is the enhancement details.

ENH-000123543: Raise the default feature limit or provide an administrator configurable setting that would allow administrators to change the feature number limit of 1000 records when uploading CSV files via Add Data widget.
