Due to recent changes we are rapidly moving users to ArcGIS Online Named User Account instead of Concurrent License accounts for desktop software. With this change comes the job of managing 100's of new users, some of which will potentially create content items in ArcGIS Online, making my job as an Admin much harder.
It would be great if there was a way to set Item Information as a requirement for item creation. I can provide best practices and training to our users, but ultimately some just will not create item information unless they are forced to do so.
