Unable to Register ArcGIS Server with ArcGIS Monitor

Hi Community,

I have installed the ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3. I have some issue in adding ArcGIS Server. I have added server machine and monitor that machine but When trying to register ArcGIS Serverr responds with an error.

When I tried with Base URL (https://machinename.domain.com:6443/arcgis)with siteadmin credential getting the below error

An error occurred running the observer
Undefined is not a function

And When I tried with web adaptor with portaladmin credential getting the below error

An error occurred running the observer

Server machine 'https://solutions.esri.in/portal/sharing/rest/community/self' returned an error. 'Invalid token.'

Hi Tejpal,

I had similar issues registering our instance of Server. Dunno if this'll work for you, but in the end I tried using our reverse proxy name, with no port number, instead of the actual machine name and the connection went through. Hope this helps.

Log into the ArcGIS Server Admin API (https://server.name.com:6443/arcgis/admin) and click into Usage Reports on the far right side of options. Delete any reports that show an epoch timestamp (all numbers). It's a known issue with that release of ArcGIS Monitor, but will be fixed in the upcoming release.
