Hey all,
I've been experiencing some slowness issues with Field Maps, and I'm curious if it's a possibility to remotely obtain logs from the users out in the field?
I currently have around 50 users that are actively placing, editing, and attaching pictures to points. This is a very important part of our business model and we would like to ensure that it's working for them, but getting the logs requires them to perform extra steps, which I would like to avoid, mainly to save time instructing on how to do it.
Would this be possible?

You won't be able to remotely obtain the file(s) but you can get your users to carry out their workflow and share the exported log file with you after the workflow has been completed.

Ah alright, shame unfortunately that it's not available, I'll submit an idea and hopefully that'll get some attention.
The reason for the post was actually because of the sharing action, the field users are not normally inclined to send this over because it is an inconvenience, but that can be worked around.
