I have enabled attachments on a photo point layer so that users can add photos in the field. However, we have noticed that they often time are creating a point, adding a photo, and then moving to a different location and adding another photo before submitting the point. So now we have 2 photos assigned to a single point with one photo in the wrong location. I want to be able to limit them to only add one photo attachment per point. I see that i can limit the total attachment file size but i haven't seen anything regarding the number of attachments.
No. Forms are currently limited when it comes to photos.
You can't make photos required, set a maximum, or even prevent users from deleting photos if they have add/update editing permissions (not 'delete').
This would be very useful, suggest creating an ArcGIS Idea if you haven't already.
Survey123 has much more powerful photo configuration. You can do this and more.
Hi, i used the pulldata function from the exif data from the image to get the exact position of the picture and not to have a point with coordinates and an image with some other coordinates and restricted the image count with the appearance "new-rear". See attached xlsform
