Can't create new related records in Field maps

I can't for the life of me figure out how to add new related records on field maps. I have a working relationship class. I have enabled popups. I have scoured the community posts but can't solve this issue.

Everything seems to be working on my webmap. I can view and edit the related records in field maps, but can't create new records.

In #2 check out the post by  DuncanKinnear 02-13-2022 01:15 AM. His answer helped a number of people on that thread.
