I have a field app that collects points. I would like to create fields that gather data from API. Specifically, I am looking to capture weather data (where fields could be Wind Direction, Wind Speed, Temperature, and General Description). I was thinking of getting this API data based on the coordinates of the point that has been collected or getting the weather data via a relation based on a date and time field as the weather layer updates. Those points collected on that date would then populate with those conditions.
One thing to consider is that the user often works in low-coverage areas and therefore uses offline maps...
Wondering if anyone has done something similar.
