Allow attachments to be named and made required similar to survey123

It would be useful if attachments could be named via the form similar to survey123. 

Also to add to this  it would be good if attachments could be viewed but not deleted

Its 2024, when is this feature coming?? Off the shelf GIS apps have the ability to have photo/attachment fields. At the very least can attachments be given a GUID?

Midterm "Attachments within forms" can only assume it refers to attachment control so good to see ? Now what does midterm mean? 🤔

We are in 2025. When is something so simple like preventing users from deleting attachments in Field Maps going to be implemented? I need this feature like yesterday. Users shouldn't be able to delete attachment if the service is set to only allow updates. 

Ideally I would allow more granular level controls where I can control if a user can edit, delete, add attachment independent of the other editing controls for the features themselves.
