Layer Errors while creating Offline Area

Hi, I am trying to download offline area in Explorer (version 19) on a windows 10 machine and getting this error. The webmap is offline enabled and configured as per instructions from: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/explorer/windows/help/make-offline-maps.htm. Feature classes come from Geodatabase on SQL Server (archiving enabled) and service is sync enabled. Our environment enterprise is at 10.6.1.
I am not sure what is causing this error, have used esri basemap. I tried to find a log that might provide some clue but I am not sure if Explorer creates a log.
Appreciate any feedback.
