I'm having trouble with an Experience Builder map, and screen resolution on mobile devices.

It loads on my iPhone 7+ (414 x 736) but not on my iPhoneSE (375 x 568). It looks like the minimum resolution inside EB is 360 x 640, which is likely causing it to break on the smaller screen. Has anyone run into this? I found the a post that said we can specify a resolution at the map service level.   Could this be a potential solution?

After digging into this issue and carefully examining the differences between the two phones, I was able to find a solution. The problem was not with the screen resolution, but with a security setting.

Troubleshooting:
- I found I could view EB maps on the small phone (iPhone SE 3rd Gen) using Firefox.
- I discovered that when this phone was configured by my org the setting for "lockdown mode" was enabled. This setting was added in iOS 16, so I hadn't come across it on the iPhone 7+.
- Disabling lockdown mode allowed Safari to view the apps like normal.

The drop-down list of sizes you're seeing is for previewing/being able to see different sizes while you're building. They don't represent the minimum/maximum size at which your experience will work (that depends on how you've set up your widgets, and of course other factors). You have even more options for previewing your experience (including iPhone SE dimensions) if you use your web browser's dev tools. Esri just gives you a selection.

When you say it doesn't load, are you seeing just white? Is your iPhone SE up to date in terms of OS? There have been issues with Androids (particularly older Androids) having issues with Experience Builder. Not sure about iOS though. Thank you for the reply. The phones are both updated. On the SE (smaller screen) it appears that I'm unable to view any EB app, including those in the ESRI Gallery, such as:

When trying to open these apps, I get the white background with three small, vertical bars (which are normally showed while loading). However, the app never loads.

Does anyone have any ideas, or able to replicate the problem? Thanks!
