WMTS cache import in MapService

Hello Guys,

I have a use case where I have pregenerated caches in WMTS Format (with tileforge). Now I want to import these cache in a ESRI MapService.

Is it possible to import OGC WMTS Caches in a ESRI MapService?
If not, is there a tool to transform an OGC WMTS Cache to an ESRI Cache?
