What's the difference between downloading ArcGIS Server #1 vs ArcGIS Server #2 (For Windows)?

This is a basic question, but went to download the new software for 11.4 and see two options for both Server and Portal.  I see there is a size difference, so is one just to download from the internet and the #2 the entire download?  Wanted to be sure before moving forward.  Can someone just give me a quick verification on the different between the 2 downloads?

I think I just figured this out, after downloading #1 and #2 for Server, one is the .exe and the other is the .exe.001 referenced in the description.  My interpretation of that was that both files were included in the download.

As of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, the ArcGIS Server self-extracting package consists of two files with .exe and .exe.001 extensions. To extract the package, ensure that both files are in the same folder.
