Upgrading from ArcGIS Server 10.5 to 10.6.1 has an issue “the account already exists”,

 

I couldn’t figure out why Upgrading from ArcGIS Server 10.5 to 10.6.1 has an issue “the account already exists”.

 

What might be the issue here? Do I need to uninstall the ArcGIS Server 10.5 before installing the 10.6.1?

Hi

You must give the same user and password you gave when you installed 10.5

This is window user I do not think it can have a space.

If you open a Task Manager, the owner of the ArcSOC.exe processes is the user that you should give.

The issue here is that the ArcGIS Server Account is not editable! However, it is correct! It says that the account already exists.

 

How to proceed?
