Hi,
I was updating ArcGIS Enterprise from version 10.6 to 11.3. I successfully updated ArcGIS Server and installed ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Datastore, setting up the server site and the portal site correctly. However, after a few days, I checked the server and noticed that the Portal service was not running. When I tried to restart it, I encountered the issue shown in the attached photos.

I'll Try that as well. I was hoping that someone in the community had already encountered this issue
I'm assuming you upgraded directly to 11.3 from 10.6? If so, that is not supported. This could be what is causing you issues. You'll need to upgrade to a lower version first, then upgrade to 11.3.

Yeah, sorry, I forgot to mention it. I didn’t upgrade directly from 10.6 to 11.3 but went through version 10.9 first.
