Unable to register the Portal with the Web Adaptor. Arcgis Builder 10.8.1

Hello Community,

I am installing ArcGis Enterprise Builder 10.8.1, all good until step 4, then I get an error.

The error is about privileges and accounts, which I enter in step 1, but I have no options to enter a user type, which I assume is the error I have. In the following image where it says "User Type" is blank.

in the initial step of the wizard I have nowhere to enter the type, only user and passwords

I have read about installing by commands instead of this wizard, but I don't know how to do it, do any of you have any guides, or is there anyone who knows about this problem?

 

By the way I mention that I can enter my portal and arcgis server separately, but I have not been able to complete this wizard to finish integrating the installation.

Hello, thank you for giving you the time to respond.

Based on your questions I comment the following:

0: Yes Windows Server 2019 - with administrator user.

1: It is not installed on a virtual machine, it is on a physical machine.

2: It is directly connected to public IP, all ports open.

3: I believe what I am doing right.

4.- delay in answering because I dedicate myself to update everything according to the recommendation but the problem continues. = (

Someone who can help by remote connection.

Assuming you are working on an Windows OS.

Could you ensure 

0. The Windows login user has administrative privileges.

1. The machine (VM) is FQDN-enabled.

2. All the required ports are allowed through firewall.

3. SSL is enabled for Web Server (where Web Adaptor is installed).

4. Check for ArcGIS Enterprise updates, and install them, esp. ArcGIS Web Adaptor (IIS) 10.8.1 Stability Patch

Finally what I did was uninstall the web adapter, remove it from the configuration and then reinstall, everything worked fine. thanks anyway.
