Transferring licenses from one license manager to another

Hello:)

I'm trying to transfer licenses ArcINFO Licenses from one windows server 2008 x 86 to one x64, we have managed to transfer two ArcInfo licenses but we could not have managed to tranfer the others, in the x86 log we got the following error .


Activation Error (-161,62002:0) No fulfillment exists in trusted storage Which matches the request


We are not trying to borrow the licenses, and the license manager is up to date with the SP1.



Any idea?:confused:

I had a similar issue, if you contact customer service they can probably help.  I think they had to do something to release the license from one server to allow it to active on another.
