Time out Problems - Arcgis Server and Portal

Hi,

I have configured it on a machine or portal and arcgis for server, I am using the standard certificate, which is installed along with the application. I am trying to make publications on others machines within my own domain, but timeout errors are occurring. What could be happening?

On the second screenshot, it looks like you are canceling the prompt.  If so, the software will refuse to continue making a connection to the server.

Using something like Test-NetConnection to confirm you can access the machine and port outside of ArcGIS applications.  It may be a firewall or some other network issue is preventing your client from connecting.
