Question related to purchase of ArcGIS Enterprise

Hi Team,

I see there are some changes in purchase of ArcGIS Enterprise licensing. It was different earlier.

Do we need to purchase ArcGIS Enterprise license together? What are options available for this purchase as earlier these were Standard, Advanced etc.?

Can we purchase standalone ArcGIS Server?

Can we purchase standalone Portal for ArcGIS?

Does user-types come with ArcGIS Enterprise/Server/Portal purchase? or do we need to purchase user-types separately?

I would first determine if you really need ArcGIS Enterprise?  Perhaps all you need is ArcGIS Online.  Managing an ArcGIS Enterprise environment can consume a lot of your time and upgrades can be problematic.
