Where I can find the list of QFE released for ArcGIS 10.1.  I tried google, esri.com, i did not get any information.

Hi there, by QFE i'm going to guess you're referring to Quick Fix Engineering.  (Although Quest for Excellence seems to be viable here as well!)

For ESRI, you'll have a better time searching for words like 'bug', 'NIM', 'Fix', 'Service Pack', etc. But specficially, you are likely looking for an ESRI Patch.
