We installed ArcGIS 10.1, and are having trouble getting IIS configured. After we ran the IIS Adapter setup, there were no sites listed in the IIS Manager. So we created one called arcgis that pointed to the path on the system.
When we try to start the site, we are presented with a message that says:
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020
In the list of Application Pools, there is an entry for:
- arcgis
- AcrGISWebApapter
- flexviwers
- SilverlightViewer
Now, I wasn't the one that performed the orignal install, so I am a bit stuck as to what I need to do to get past this error and get this thing running.
Does anyone here have any advice?
