After building the overviews for a mosaic dataset we are seeing some thin white lines show up across the overview at small scales. It turns out there is one row missing from some of the rasters images in the mosaic dataset. At the smallest scales the lines show up and again when zoomed into 1:2,000. Since the white lines don't show up in the mid scales is there anyway to prevent it from happening when building the smallest state wide scale?
The rasters are suppose to be 8192 by 8192 but for some reason there are many that are only 8191 pixels high.
