Hi all,

I'm experiencing the problem that the legend items are pixelated/garbled when I use the print widget.

This issue is described here: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000011636 Although the issue is not limited to PDFs but appears also in other formats.
The described workaround won't work in my case as I can't login to the group manged service account.

Does someone know of an alternative  workaround/solution?

Enterprise Version is 10.7.1

Thank you,

Marco

Is your print service published from ArcMap? If so, we strongly recommend users to migrate to print services published from ArcGIS Pro. That should fix this problem. This is one of the many benefits you will get with print services published from Pro.

Follow the instructions provided in this help topic to create a print service with your customer layouts, or you can use the default print service that gets installed as part of Server/Enterprise setup.

Wonderful, that's what I thought after doing some research.
I'll try this early this week and let you know of this solves the problem.

If so, I would recommend updating the technical article 🙂

Thanks @TanuHoque , this solved the problem, although I got another problem:

But this is kind of another story....
