Since moving to 11.1, all of our print jobs fail when we load services in over our web adaptors. I can load the services in through the port and they print just fine.
1. I re- installed the web adaptors
2. services have been fully shared to the Portal
2. I installed the latest web adaptor patch
3. Environment is fully patched
4. Logs only show basic info: Failed to export map
5. I created a custom print service and added that, functions the same as default print service
If anyone has an idea, I am all ears.
hi @Dan_Brumm - what version of ArcGIS Pro do you have and is it installed on the same machine as ArcGIS Server? I did find this bug with ArcGIS Server 11.1.
We are using Pro 3.3 but it isn't installed on the same machine

Can we check if the following patch has been installed?
To help troubleshoot I would also recommend testing this with a basic web map, using a basemap from the Living Atlas, then try it again with your own data layers.
It is also worth checking the Dev console in the browser to see if any specific errors are flagged when submitting a print job. Debug Portal logs can also be really useful.
