I’ve been trying to make an upgrade from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 to 10.7.1 and we encountered error while Importing Licence File and Continuing Portal upgrade.
It’s a two-machine deployment (ArcGIS Server on one machine, Portal for ArcGIS on the other).
According to the logs (see attachment), it could come from the posgresql update.
Would you have any solution to solve this problem ?
