Hi guys

I have a weird situation with my ArcGIS Enterprise.

ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 (Datastore/Server/Portal/Webadaptor) - Linux

Sometimes all content of Portal for ArcGIS disappear . All services still running and it´s possible to access the public content, apps and files like http://bit.ly/2xMJNZa (Cityengine project) and We can access and login on Portal/Server Manager.  


The temporary solution is stop and start arcgis server every time (one or two times per day), then everything come back to normal to Portal

The ArcGIS Server log show me :


SEVERE 14/12/2018 15:36:40 This exception was thrown after the response was committed. Access to this resource is not allowed Rest
SEVERE 14/12/2018 15:36:40 Response already committed. Cannot forward to error page. Rest
SEVERE 14/12/2018 15:36:40 Response already committed. Cannot forward to error page. Rest

Here some few steps I did to fix the problem (no sucess):

- On portal admin - Full Reindex - works and The Index Status it´s ok

- Installed all patches and updates - works and no make any difference

- serverdiag and portaldiag: No issues found

Any idea?

Hello,

Is the Portal content located on a local drive or an NFS drive? It may be best to contact Technical Support in order to have an analyst take a look at your system to make sure everything is healthy.

I had a similar issue to this and I found my Index was off.

I tried to rebuild the index within Portal Administrator and it did not work.

I followed these instruction to replace and rebuild the index from scratch: How To: Rebuild the index for Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1

Hello,

 

I had the same situation with my ArcGIS Enterprise.

 

ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 (Datastore/Server/Portal/Webadaptor) - Windows

 

All content of Portal for ArcGIS disappeared . All services were running and it was possible to publish and access the web maps, apps...

Stop/start ArcGIS Server did not help.

Installing the newest patch did not help.

Status of some indexes was red so I Reindex in full mode -> success

I have a similar issue.  It looks like there is a "fix" but I may have to run it on a weekend or evening
