after patching installation with dedicated utility
and after a serveral restart, portal does not respond.
This is what i see in my browser (cache cleaned)
rest respond
but when i navigate in a service...
This is a single machine deployment and I never seen this type of error
Have you any suggestion?

I would add that the REST ADMIN API is unreachable, due to the inability to authenticate.
Is there any way to perform unfederate without going through the API?
It would allow me to restore the functionality of the arcgis server services while waiting for the Portal issue to be resolved.
Hi all,
temporarily I restored the arcgis server services changing the "Authentication Tier" parameter as described here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-enterprise-questions/unfederate-server-without-portal/m-p/61587... .
But Portal is out of service.
I was considering 2 ways: reinstall Portal 10.7.1 or upgrade Portal and server to 10.8.1.
Is there any way to reinstall portal and reuse content from a bacup folder?
