Portal 10.6.1 - values is not visible in PopUp, but visible in Table

Hi all,

We are using Portal 10.6.1 and I have configured Pop Up window for particular layer.

Problem is that values for 2 Fields is not visible in Pop Up window, but when I open table - values are visible.

Both Fields are "String 50".  - See picture in attachment

I installed all available patches.

Do you know where could be a problem?

I found that in Internet Explorer is working good, but not in Chrome and Firefox

I have the same issue in 10.7.1. In my case it does not mater what browser I use
