Poertal ExportSite, 500 Error

Hi All, I am getting this 500 error while using ExportSite function for our multi machine site version 10.8.1. Portal site shows that it's in good health. Our site is composed of the following.
- 1 Portal machine,
- 1 GIS/Hosting server,
- 1 Image server
Exportsite runs for sometime and then creates this empty file:
