Do you need to purchase separate GIS Enterprise licenses for each server you plan to implement in a multi-tiered deployment (i.e. GIS Server and Portal on separate servers)?
I would say "yes", but you should always talk to your customer service rep or local distributor for any licensing questions organization types, pricing, etc. can vary (for example, education and those with Enterprise License Agreement are different than what my organization has access to).
