Hello and help please. After we moved the physical server machine where the GIS server and web adaptors sit from one building to another, we're no longer able to access ArcGIS Server through ArcCatalog nor able to publish to it. Here are the error messages we get:
Any suggestion what might went wrong? Portal, REST and GIS services seem fine.

Maybe try re-enabling the Admin/Manager pages via:
<AdminAccessEnabled>—The option to enable administrative access only applies to ArcGIS Server. Enabled administrative access (true) allows the ArcGIS Server Manager and the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory applications to be accessed through the Web Adaptor.
you may need to update your IP addresses and or UNC path name
