Hello. Recently, we noticed the locate/find tool (the magnifying glass to enter a 'place or address') stopped working in Field Maps on iOS tablets. We confirmed that the tool was also not working on an Android smart phone. We enter a known valid address and no result is returned. We employ the ArcGIS geocoder service and two other local geocoder services. The address search works fine when we open a web map in a web browser and enter an address. The result is returned in the search list, and the map zooms to the address location. The behavior started abruptly, working fine in the morning, not working in the afternoon. As a work around, we inserted an address layer into the web map, set to search the full address in the layer, and this is working in the iOS mobile device. We would like to see the functionality restored in the search tool but are at a loss to understand what has happened and how to fix. We did not make any changes to our Enterprise 10.9.1 platform within the time frame where we noticed the issue. Maybe we need to restart our services Server, Portal, and Data Store?

Eugene,
Thanks for the reply. On my android phone is Field Maps version 3.23.36. I don't know what version is on the iOS tablet (not available at the moment). I restarted our Enterprise services, and now the address locator is functioning. Sheesh.....

We are currently on 10.9.1 and we use iOS devices, but our locator (the magnifying glass) in Field Maps works properly.
The app version we're on is 24.2.1 but I don't remember having the issue you're describing over the last few versions of Field Maps.
What Field Maps version are you using? Perhaps that will help the troubleshooting process.
