Issue with IIS and popups

My link within the popup keeps changing?

I set it up as https://gis.masoncity.net:443......

and in the popup after a while it reverts to #443......

Why and how do I make it stop? I re enter the link and all works fine till I have to do it all again

Do I need to use a href?

I don't have an answer for your question, but was wondering about your specific example. Since port 443 is the HTTPS default, couldn't you just omit the :443 from your URL?
