Is there a way to search Members in Portal by Bio keywords?

We have a large org and I would like to search for users in the Members tab by Bio keywords. For example I tried

And no results returned.

But My Bio reads:

This would help a lot.

This isn't currently possible in Portal, but I'd encourage you to post your idea in the ArcGIS Ideas site. If your organization uses groups in Portal, you can filter members by their groups, which might help narrow down your search.
