My org has an HTML5/Javascript application that has been in use across multiple ArcGIS versions (10.3.1, 10.5.1) and the BaseMap Switcher thumbnails have worked in all internet browsers. My org has upgraded AGS to 10.7.1 and moved the web application from a Windows 2012 R2 Server server to a Windows 2016 Server server. The BaseMap Switcher thumbnails work properly in Chrome, but do not work in Internet Explorer (IE) 11.
Has anyone encountered this issue and been able to resolve the issue? Any help or feedback on this issue is greatly appreciated.
