Help! SDE Versioning Broken in ArcGIS Pro - Related to Other Database Work?

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with versioning in ArcGIS Pro 3.4. Recently, I was working with another SDE database where I made modifications related to its versioning and replication setup. Since then, the versioning functionality in my primary SDE database (where I typically work) seems to be broken. I can't create new versions, reconcile, or post. Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone have suggestions for diagnosing and resolving this?

Did you happen to add any new feature classes to a feature dataset that is versioned?

Can you also provide more information on your replication set up?

Is the "other" Enterprise Geodatabase using replication from the primary one?

1) New Feature Classes Added to a Versioned Feature Dataset:

No, I did not add new feature classes to an already versioned feature dataset on the primary SDE database. Those feature classes were already present in an existing feature dataset. The crucial point is that this other SDE database previously did not have versioning enabled at all; I was attempting to enable it on these existing datasets.

2) Replication setup information:

Both SDE databases do not have replication setups.

3) Is the "other" Enterprise Geodatabase using replication from the primary one?
No, neither the 'other' nor my 'primary' Enterprise Geodatabase has any replication setup with each other or with other databases.

Thanks for that information. I think there is some configuration issues going on. It may be best to work with a support analyst on this. There are quite a few moving parts to this one, which may be difficult to troubleshoot via the community posts.
