Feature Service not alinging with map service

I currently have a project using a feature service for editing and then a supporting map service that provides read only background information. The data is snapped when viewing in ArcMap via direct connect and also when viewing as map service it aligns correctly. For some reason though the feature service seems to be off set. The services are in the same projection as well our ArcGIS Server is currently running version 10.1. Curious if anyone else has this issue.

This was related to using different datum transformations within the mxd. Problem  has been resolved.
