Enterprise GDB 10.7.1 - Is there a geoprocessing tool to search obsolete gdb items and/or indexes in Enterprise GDB?

Hi,

I a large Enterprise GDB, is there any geoprocessing tool to search (and delete) obsolete gdb items (GDB_ITEMS) and spatial indexes (in ST_GEOMETRY_INDEX)? For maintenance.

In theory, any ESRI tool should maintain these tables valid but if some operation are performed outside in a third-party client will mess up these tables...
