Doubts about server directory

Question

Hi,

I have three ArcGIS Server in a single server site...

All ArcGIS Server share and use the same directory for caches, jobs, output and system? If my question is correct...which of the three installations store the files from ArcGIS Server´s

Or

each one uses its own shared directories among themselves?

In general, when you want to create a multi-machine Server site, you'd go through the following:

1) Configure a shared directory, ideally not on the Server machines

2) Install ArcGIS Server on each machine that will be part of the site

3) One one of the ArcGIS Server machines, go through the Create New Site wizard and set the config-store and directories to the share in step 1.

4) On any of the other machines with ArcGIS Server, go through the Join Site wizard and pass in the URL for the first machine.
