After reviewing the updated help documentation it appears the new Map Viewer and Dashboard apps did not make it into ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9. If they are not part of 10.9, will those apps be available as a separate installer similar to how ArcGIS Field Maps was for 10.8.1?
